A rare opportunity for a child and their parent to explore the beauty and tranquility of Lough Gur from the water by Kayak!

Minimum age of child is 8 (this is strict rule for safety reasons). Paddling in Sit on Top Kayaks this activity will include an active Kayak session with a short journey led by experienced Kayak Instructors from Kilfinane Outdoor Education and Training Centre.

Held in conjunction with the Maigue Rivers Trust & Lough Gur as part of the Lough Gur Biodiversity Festival 2026
